Our Stafford Street Studio is a short 15-min drive from the Wollongong CBD, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac between the Nan Tien Temple and Lake Illawarra.
With every detail thoughtfully designed to feel like home, we offer a completely private and cosy suburban escape.
Detached from the main house, this is a specious deluxe studio with an exclusive bathroom.
Enjoy mornings listening to native birdsong while sitting on the deck sipping coffee.
Features include off-street parking, a private entrance, quality bed linen,
excellent Wi-Fi and air-conditioning – we have created a space that feels like a secluded oasis from the outside world.
The Studio
Stafford Street Studio is a retreat with the comforts of home…a warm and relaxed interior with gorgeous design touches; and lots of amenities to make your stay as cosy as possible.
The studio is a large 25m2 room, suitable for up to two adults. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, kettle, microwave, and toaster. The room has insulation in the walls, ceiling, and floor – making our split-cycle air conditioner even more effective when heating/cooling the space while minimising external noise.
The queen bed offers a luxurious, 5-star sleep experience, featuring a plush pillowtop layered over gel-infused Visco memory foam and gel-infused latex, all supported by a premium 5-zone pocket spring system for tailored support and pressure relief. The bed is dressed in crisp, high thread count linen, and topped with three different pillow options and a Snuggledown 80/20 White Goose Down quilt—lightweight yet exceptionally warm, with a feather-soft feel that gently cocoons you for a peaceful, refreshing night’s sleep…in other words – we take the comfort side of things very seriously and the bed is amazing!
Our wall-mounted smart TV includes all the streaming services you love, Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Binge, Max, Paramount+, Spotify, and Prime Video, plus it has Apple AirPlay, so you can stream from your Apple devices.
Bathroom
The bathroom has an easy access shower with a wide rain head and user-friendly shower wand. Enjoy getting ready for the day using our locally sourced polished wooden vanity.
Amenities
What’s Not Included
Our studio is not designed for cooking, but we have included a microwave, kettle, bar fridge and toaster in the room to assist with simple meal preparation.
Unfortunately, there is no access to a kitchen, stove, or oven.
The only sink available is the one in the bathroom.
Our studio is not designed for babies or small children. The room has one queen sized bed. We don’t have a cot, highchair, or baby change table facilities.
The studio doesn’t have a washing machine – there is a laundromat 2-mins away at the local Berkeley shops: Stacks Laundry
