Navigating Our Studio
Our address is 7 Stafford Street, Berkeley NSW 2506.
When you arrive you’ll see two driveways, a gravel driveway on your left and a concrete driveway on your right.
Drive down the gravel driveway.
Please note, there isn’t much space to turn around at the bottom, so we recommend reversing down, otherwise you’ll need to reverse up which is trickier than reversing down.
If you’re not confident reversing, don’t worry – there’s plenty of free street parking.
At the end of the driveway you’ll see two car spaces, one reserved for the private residence, and the other reserved for our Airbnb guests.
As outlined on the site plan, the Airbnb room is to the right of the car park.
Walk onto the little deck at the end of the Airbnb room.
There you’ll see the key box fastened on the brick wall under the window.
Enter your code, pull down the arrow button at the top, and retrieve the key. For more information see the video below.
The lock is very easy to use – put the key in, turn it clockwise about 140-degrees. You don’t need to force the lock, or push it, it will easily click open without any problems. For more information see the video below.
As outlined on the site plan, the Airbnb studio is located between two private residence and a home office. We’ve taken a number of measures to soundproof the studio, making the room as quiet as possible, but please be mindful to keep loud noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am each night.

When you enter the studio, on the left, there’s a basic kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.
On the right there is a small desk and chair, with a desk lamp. A power point and internet port is next to the desk for easy access.
Moving through the room there’s a single lounge chair, and a queen bed with a wall mounted smart TV opposite it.
The bed has bedside tables on either side, with easy-to-access power points and USB and USBc ports above them for convienient charging.
On the wall next to the bed there is an open wardrobe and suitcase bench for storage.
Through a short hallway, you’ll find the bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity.
We do have a washing machine and dryer next to the bathroom, but it’s not included as part of our Airbnb amenities.
